1. Service. Silent Confessions (“Service”) converts user-submitted stories into short videos and, if you request, posts them to your connected social accounts.
2. Your Content & License. You represent you own or have rights to the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transcode, edit for format/length, and publish the content to the platforms you select.
3. Acceptable Use. Do not submit illegal, hateful, harassing, private or confidential information, or content that infringes others’ rights. We may refuse or remove content that violates these Terms or platform policies.
4. Platform Rules. Publishing is subject to each platform’s terms and community guidelines (e.g., TikTok/Meta/YouTube/Instagram). Your use of the Service must comply with those rules.
5. Account Connections. If you connect social accounts, you authorize us to act on your behalf for the limited purpose of uploading and publishing the generated videos and retrieving status/links.
6. Availability & Changes. We may update or suspend the Service to maintain security and reliability.
7. Disclaimers. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your content or misuse of the Service.
9. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violations or risks to users/platforms.
